Tri-County EDC provides grant writing services and revolving loan fund management to the following members of the District:
- Tehama County (bordered in green)
- Butte County (bordered in red)
- Glenn County (bordered in blue)
Tehama County lays approximately midway between Sacramento and the Oregon border and consists of 2,951
square miles. The total population of Tehama County is approximately 57,700. Red Bluff is the county
seat of government and was an original port for exporting agricultural and lumber products all over
the state. Other incorporated cities include Corning, which hosts an annual Olive Festival in late
summer that is attended by thousands of people.
Tehama County has a moderate climate, which allows its visitors and residents to enjoy year round
outdoor recreation activities, such as exploring the Lassen Volcanic National Park and some of
the state's finest steelhead and salmon fishing
Member Cities:
Butte County was one of the original California counties, founded on February 18, 1850. It is made up of 1,640
square miles in Northern California and its land area represents just over one percent of the state. Butte
County is home to 210,500 people and provides an enjoyable quality of living to its communities.

Glenn County is located along Interstate 5 and covers approximately 1,300 acres in central Northern
California. The total population of Glenn County is approximately 27,000. It has two incorporated cities
that include Willows, the county seat of government, and Orland.
Glenn County remains an important agriculture community in the north state. Due to its location
in the Sacramento River Valley, two-thirds of the county is used for the production of rice,
almonds, milk products, prunes and livestock.
